πŸ€” How Can You Create Content That Serves Your Audience?

Good morning Reader!

"What am I going to post???"

It's a question many of us ask every so often. It's so easy to get stuck in a rut when creating social media content. When this starts to happen, it's good to take a moment to zoom out and remember the big picture, specifically, the audience you are serving. By starting with your audience in mind you can ensure you are creating quality engaging content.

A few questions to ask yourself:

  • What does my audience need to know about me to help them connect and trust me? Your audience wants to know the real person behind your business. Occasionally sharing some tidbits about your personal life or the story of how your business got started is a great way to authentically connect with people and build trust.
  • How can I help them? Consider what your audience needs from you. What questions can you answer? What services can you make them aware of? Provide content that makes it easy for your audience to understand your business and what you can offer them.
  • How can I make them happy today? What would your audience find fun or entertaining? What can you do to bring a smile to someone's face, make them laugh, and brighten their day? It's important to not take things too seriously and have fun with your audience from time to time. Ask a trivia question, share a funny anecdote, a puzzle, or riddle.

The next time you are stuck with your content, instead of asking yourself "What am I going to post?" ask yourself "Who am I creating this content for?" By bringing your focus back to your audience you can ensure that you're creating the kind of content that will keep you top of mind!
